Every project is quoted individually because pricing depends on the model’s size, resin volume, part count, file condition, assembly requirements, paint complexity, specialty materials, requested deadline, and shipping needs.

Custom project inquiries require time to review files, assess printability, estimate materials and labor, evaluate assembly or painting requirements, coordinate any sculpting or modification work, and prepare an accurate quote and production plan.
The deposit helps cover that initial project review and confirms that you are ready to move forward with a serious inquiry. It is not an additional fee: the full amount is applied to your approved project total.
If we determine that the project cannot be completed as requested, we will contact you before any additional payment or production begins.
Printing, washing, curing, and support removal for customer-supplied or customer-licensed digital models.
Cleaned and cured resin parts supplied for your own assembly and painting. Minor sanding, test fitting, filling, pinning, and surface preparation may still be required.
Professionally assembled, gap-filled, surface-prepared, and primed. Large, fragile, or interchangeable parts may remain modular or be magnetized when appropriate.
Fully assembled and painted as a display-ready miniature, figure, bust, or statue. Paint style, color references, finish level, and display configuration are confirmed before production.
Custom sculpting, digital model modification, repair, resizing, kitbashing, alternate parts, pose adjustments, base design, and other 3D modeling work may be available through our collaborating sculptors and artists. These services are quoted separately after the requested work and source files have been reviewed.
For projects involving outside sculpting or digital modification, Art With Robots will coordinate the work, manage communication and revisions, and include the approved sculpting cost in the final project quote.

This is a fabrication and finishing service for models you own or are authorized to have printed for personal use. You are responsible for obtaining the model and any required personal-use or third-party printing permission from the sculptor, designer, publisher, or marketplace.
Art With Robots does not sell or transfer ownership of customer-supplied digital files. Files are used only to complete the approved project and are not redistributed.
The project deposit covers the initial review, communication, and quote preparation. It is credited toward the approved project total. Because each commission is different, the deposit is not the final project price.
If the submitted project cannot be completed as requested, I will contact you before any additional payment or production begins.
Turnaround varies according to project size, print time, preparation, paint complexity, current workload, and material availability. An estimated schedule will be included with your quote.
Shipping is calculated separately based on the finished project, packing requirements, destination, and insured carrier rate. Large or fragile pieces may ship partially disassembled or in multiple packages for protection.
